Introducing the new AUTO-Q: an efficient, reliable, and future-oriented Automatic Rivet Feeding System designed to transform your production line. It was developed to optimize the riveting process across various industrial applications. The AUTO-Q offers fully automated rivet feeding, eliminating manual handling and significantly improving speed, precision, and ergonomics.
The Auto-Q was already on display and ready for hands-on testing at the Fastener Fair Global 2025 in Stuttgart. Visitors were able to see and experience the AUTO-Q live in action, and it made quite an impression!
With a high-speed capacity of up to 60 blind rivets per minute, the AUTO-Q reduces assembly times and boosts throughput. The robust, user-friendly design ensures easy maintenance and long-term reliability, even in demanding environments.
Versatile in use, it accommodates rivets from Ø 3.2 mm to Ø 4.8 mm and integrates quickly into existing setups. By minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent, high-quality performance, the AUTO-Q empowers manufacturers to gain control, increase output, and maximize overall efficiency.
